Magnesium and calcium deficiencies could also make a person to feel so tired so he has to consume milk products, cheese, yoghurt, and also some green leafy vegatables and fruits. Those who have vitamin B12 deficiency could feel tiredness so consuming fish, chicken and eggs will be helpful.
